The Website is managed by the Municipality of Nova Gorica ("MONG") within the XCENTER project. If MONG decides to organise XCENTER in another organisational form in the future, it will then become the data controller under the General Terms and Conditions.

In accordance with EU regulations, XCENTER uses cookies on the website at www.xcenter.si and on other sub-sites (hereinafter: "Website") to ensure a better user experience, security and smooth operation of the web portal and to monitor statistics on visits to the Website.
