General terms and conditions of use of the website

These General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website Terms and Conditions") govern the legal relationship between you and the Municipality of Nova Gorica, with its registered office at 1 Edvarda Kardelja Square, 5000 Nova Gorica, Slovenia (hereinafter referred to as "Xcenter" or the person referred to by the first person plural verbs and the corresponding pronouns), with respect to your use of the website at www.xcenter.si and any other sub-sites (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). The Website is managed by the Municipality of Nova Gorica (MONG) within the XCENTER project. If MONG decides to organise the XCENTER project in some other organisational form in the future, it will then become the controller of the IP under these General Terms and Conditions.

In addition to these Website Terms of Use, please also see the XCENTER Privacy Policy, which sets out the collection and use of your personal data, and the XCENTER Cookie Policy, which describes the cookies we use and the purposes for which we use them.

1. Website content

The purpose of the Website is to provide information about the XCENTER project and the services and products offered by XCENTER.

While we strive to ensure that the content published on the Internet is accurate, up-to-date and complete, the information on the Website may be inaccurate, outdated or incomplete. XCENTER disclaims all liability for any damage or loss arising out of or in connection with the publication or use of such information.

XCENTER cannot and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to and use of the Website and disclaims all liability for any damage or loss arising out of or in connection with any interruption in the use of or inability to access the Website.

You agree and warrant that you are solely responsible for all Content that you provide. XCENTER does not control User Generated Content and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or quality. You shall indemnify, defend and hold XCENTER harmless from and against any and all claims, damages and losses arising out of or resulting from your reliance on the User Generated Content.

You may notify us of any alleged infringement in relation to User Generated Content by emailing us at info@xcenter.si. Any User Content you provide will be read, used and collected only by XCENTER and persons authorized by XCENTER.
